Shout Out!

I know you all are wanting pregnancy pictures, and I promise they'll come soon. But the only time I remember is when I'm alone (can't really take that by myself!) or crawling into bed (um...no thank you!).

But instead I have a post that I've been wanting to do FOREVER. My friend, Janette Church, is the bomb and did these paintings for our master bedroom.

I just wanted everyone to know how much she rocks!! I love walking into my bedroom and seeing those hanging on the wall. She's so dang good and did the painting to match my bedroom perfectly. I know she still thinks that I don't like them (ha!), but hopefully this post will change her mind.

Sorry it took me so long to give you a shout out Janette, but I've been a slacker in finishing my pillows and heaven forbid that I take a picture of my bed without them! lol. This post is also for you Jess W!

I just found out that she did killer paintings like those and actually saw those exact paintings on her ebay store! I have been trying to talk Ben into buying them for me for the last week! I love them!! She's SO good! It looks beautiful! I'm jealous! =)

Can I just say that I know I've "arrived" when someone refers to my work as "killer"? I feel so cool. I'm so happy you like them! You did a fab job with the pillows. Dude, just think about what we could come up with for a nursery! lol. Love you!

Wow, Em! Your bedroom looks like a photo from a catalog! I love the colors. Beautiful! And how did you make your pillows? Did you make the whole cover or put the fringe on or what? I love them.

Hey Erin, I did make the pillows and it was easy. Two pieces of fabric with fringe sewn between them. I promise that anyone could have made them. I hadn't sewn up the bottoms of them in the pictures yet...I was eager. So they look a little looser then they really are.
