Happy Wedding Benefits!

I love the extra benefits of going to out-of-state weddings!!

First, I got to visit with my best friend Lisa Boyle (now Lisa Bird) who lives in Logan, Utah. I got to see her beautiful baby girl, Raegan, and laugh at all of her funny husband Ryan's jokes! It was so good to be with Lisa again and to laugh at all the same things we laughed at in high school. Here's a picture of Raegan, who of course, stopped smiling as soon as I pointed the camera at her!
Look at her beautiful big eyes! Of course I remembered to take pictures right before I left, so the pictures are a little impromptu. Thanks Lisa for a great time! I love you!

I also got to see my good friends Matt and Rachel Durazzani and the cutest half Italian baby alive, Hailey! It was so good to catch up with them and to see their dazzling little girl in person! She really is as happy and as cute as her blog makes her out to be! Thanks for lunch at Kneaders, guys!! Looking forward to our New Zealand/Italian tour that we'll someday make a reality!!
I got to visit the Salt Lake Temple which is always a treat. I appreciate every chance I get to visit it. I'm still so impressed that the early pioneers were able to built that amazing building.

Also, I got to spend some quality time with my grandparents. My Grandma makes the best bread and she even treated me to a special loaf to take back to Texas with me. I love having grandparents!!

I got to see my cousin Philip who is now attending college at UVSC. How do they grow up so fast?! This picture is a direct result of my Dad teaching him how to pull a "GQ pose." My Dad is just stirring up trouble.
It was fun to spend so much time with my parents too. I haven't done that since high school and it was fun to go shopping with my mom (and to get her started on Twilight!) and to laugh with my dad about anything that was stupid! Looking quite daper, Dad!

So the moral of this story? Thank you Lindsay and Parker for getting married so that I would have a good excuse to have fun!

Hey, can you send me the picture of the three of us? None of mine turned out. Thanks!
