My Hadfield friends do these really cute posts that share funny happenings with their kids. They are perfect babybook/one-for-the-history-book experiences...so I'm purely copying them. But at least I'm giving them credit here for the idea!
So here's our first...
Graydon has taken up screaming really loud, at that pitch that you wish only dogs and bats could hear, when he gets frustrated or excited. At church last week during the closing prayer, I had to hold him back in our pew. I could tell that a scream was coming and I thought,
"What's better? Having him scream bloody murder during a nice, calm, peaceful prayer? Or just letting him go and letting him run up the aisle?"
I opted for letting him go. Well, the prayer ended up being a long one and he's really fast. So before it was over, he ran up to the front podium, crawled underneath the organist's bench and climbed across the foot pedals, which emitted a low deep note.
Nice one G-Man!

Em, that is a great one! Gotta love the "let me go so I can run anywhere I want" stage. That one is quickly approaching for me...ahhh. I'm just glad I'm not back in my unairconditioned building in PR. Sweat fest every Sunday. Anyway, your little guy is getting sooo big! Not a little baby anymore. He's so cute Em.
I missed that one. How funny!
LOVE IT!!!!
