So here's a little bit about New Zealand. It was great! Graydon is a first-rate world traveler and couldn't have been better. We had so much fun with Grandma and Grandpa and all the rest of our family. The South Island was breathtaking. As good as it is to get home, it was hard to say goodbye.
We started the trip off right with a few hours in LA with my life-long friend Erin Lau. She was gracious enough to pick us up and take us to dinner on Santa Monica Blvd. It was so great to see her and I'm so glad we are still such great friends! (Love you Erin!!)
So I was super nervous about the flights, but Graydon was a champ. I'm mad that I forgot to take a picture of our set-up with the bassinett on the airplane. But he slept really well (can't say the same for me...what can you do when you have 80 movies to choose from?!). As we were getting off people just a few rows behind said, "wow, I didn't even know there was a baby on the plane!" Go Graydon!
Here are the boys after landing in Auckland. Graydon took to Granddad right away. They were like two old buddies reunited after many years away from each other...chummy from the get go.

So to prove me wrong from saying in the past that Graydon would like just like a Beckham...here's proof:
This is G's cousin, Cairah (come all the way from Ireland). I think the only thing they share is the short hair and the chin. I love the deer in headlights look from both of them! We miss her! This is Kea (X's youngest brother), Cairah, and Mary Jane.
As I said before, they just came over from Ireland and will probably permanently stay in New Zealand or Australia. I miss you guys! Hope your travels are going well! This is Jeb (the brother just younger than X) and Natalie.
As you can see they just got married! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception, and we were so, so happy to be there for it! I'm so happy Natalie is a part of our family now! This is Corey (X's older brother) and his son Owen.
Corey's wife, Bec, somehow slipped out of the picture... See the toy cow in Owen's hand? Well you pull it and it says Moooo three times. Well, you see, a funny little thing happened. Right in the middle of the "I Do's" and very resounding "mooo" could be heard all through out the pavilion. Oops! It's all about the memories, right? Here's the entire Beckham Clan.

The boys and their babes.
Just for the record, Jeb has a cutie daughter, Jamie, but we didn't get a photo of her.
Can you tell the Beckhams don't like to take pictures? They don't know what to do with themselves! The girls, on the otherhand, at least will touch each other!!

That's it for the family pictures. I'll do another post of our fun stuff!

i love it! i esp. enjoyed the part about the "beckhams not know what to do with themselves for a picture". that's awesome. :) also how fun would that be to say "we're moving from ireland to NZ" - it just sounds so cool.
I love that 3 of the 4 "boys" are barefoot! Emily - it looks like you've got a great family-in-law!
What a cool trip! Looks like lots of fun. The boys looks so much a like.
